Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy for Long-Term Courses
(Duration: 6 Months and Above)
If a student wishes to cancel enrollment either before or after classes have commenced, notification must be provided in writing via:
Email
Certified Mail
In-person submission
Official written termination request
The cancellation will be effective on the date the notice is received or postmarked.
A. Full Refund Eligibility
If Edvancenow does not accept the application.
If the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.
B. Cancellation Before First Class
If cancellation occurs after admission but before the first class begins, a full refund will be issued excluding the registration fee (not exceeding $100 or equivalent local currency).
C. Drop/Add Period
The drop/add period is the first week of classes.
Students withdrawing during this period will receive a full refund of tuition and fees excluding the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued after the drop/add week.
D. Withdrawal After Commencement
After the drop/add period, the following refund structure applies:

*Aggregate Fees exclude non-refundable registration fees.
After admission, if a student withdraws beyond the above timelines, the entire amount paid shall be forfeited, except any refundable deposit (if applicable). This applies to voluntary withdrawals, dismissals, or termination from the institute rolls.
2. Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses
(Duration: Less than 6 Months)
Edvancenow offers instructor-led classroom training and online training programs across various professional certification and skill development courses.
A. Classroom Training / Instructor-Led Online Training
Edvancenow reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or change the event location due to:
Insufficient enrollments
Instructor illness
Force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.)
If Edvancenow cancels an event, a 100% refund will be provided.
Delegate Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 7 days or more before the event:
→ 10% of the total fee will be deducted; remaining amount refunded.Cancellation less than 7 days before the event:
→ No refund will be issued.
B. Online Training Programs
Cancellation within 48 hours of subscription:
→ 5% of total fee deducted as administrative charges.
→ Remaining balance refunded.Cancellation after 48 hours of subscription:
→ No refund will be issued.
Third-Party Courses (if applicable)
For third-party licensed courses:
50% of total fee may be charged as administrative and licensing fees if canceled within 48 hours.
No refund after 48 hours of subscription.
C. UK Consumer Protection (If Applicable)
In compliance with UK Consumer Protection Laws, students may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for online courses, provided:
The student has not accessed, logged in, or consumed course content.
Eligible students may request a full refund within the 14-day window.
3. Refund for Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 working days after notification by the customer.
4. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
